Works that gladden our hearts

In the municipality of Bojayá, Chocó, there is a community of a town called Piedra Candela. It is located in an area of difficult access in the jungles of the Colombian Pacific, which we reached thanks to the logistical support of the National Army and the Colombian Navy.

After several journeys by air, land and river, we managed, together with another group of organizations, to help a community that lacked recreational areas.

Thanks to the economic contribution of CIDENAL 2015, the Chamber of Risks, the Company of Farmers and Escenarios Deportivos S.A.S., we were able to donate a playground, equipped with a main playground, swings, slides, seesaws, among others, for this community that historically has been hit by violence and needed it so much.

For them it was a very meaningful and fun gift. It was very gratifying for us to have participated in this beautiful project. Today they have a park in which more than 500 families are the beneficiaries, where children can enjoy a healthy recreation area.
